At the very heart of our life in Christ at Saint Luke's you will find the children. In the gospel of Matthew Jesus holds up children as spiritual models when he says, “unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”

We consider children a very important part of who we are as a parish, and we do all that we can to respect and to nurture their relationship with Christ.

Saint Luke's has four Sunday School classes for children ranging in age from 3-12.

Children 12 and up are invited to participate in our Episcopal Youth Community.

Children's Sunday School meets at 9:30 am each Sunday morning. The Sunday School year begins in September each year on Rally Sunday (the Sunday after Labor Day) through the end of May (Memorial Day). Children register for their Sunday School class and meet their teacher on Rally Sunday. Children are welcome to begin attending Sunday School any time.
